Daryl Pfister, M.D.

Dr. Daryl R. Pfister is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical management of cornea, cataract, and external diseases of the eye. Dr. Pfister is also a skilled surgeon in the field of refractive surgery including LASIK.

Dr. Pfister completed a two-year fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and has expertise in corneal transplantation, refractive surgery, infectious diseases, cataract surgery, and tumors of the cornea. Dr. Pfister's research has been supported by several grants, presented at national ophthalmic meetings and published in several journals.

After attending undergraduate college at Davidson College in North Carolina, he attended medical school and internship at the University of Alabama. He went on to complete his residency in Ophthalmology at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Dr. Pfister is Board Certified and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is licensed in Arizona and Louisiana.

Dr. Pfister and his wife, Anne, have two sons and enjoy skiing, traveling and biking.
